99 Tahoe Basic 2dr 4x4 Grill question

Is this grill stock or optional for 99 Tahoe? I've not seen another similar vintage Tahoe with this grill. We bought the Tahoe 4yrs ago and didn't realize the grill is different until later.

It was standard on the base trim. I remember you could get a base trim Cheyenne truck with the Silverado style grille as an option, but don’t know if the Tahoe had that or not.
