Duct seals bad? They are foam and become dust over time iirc. Could be leaking air and losing pressure.

Make sure there is no restriction to the incoming air, leaves, pine needles or other debris. If it can't draw air in, it can't blow it out. If yours has a cabin air filter, change it.

I *believe* the air is pulled from the cowl area. It might be good to pull up the passenger and possibly center sections and check for debris/clogs.
I used a small shop vac to get into the evaporator area and get leaves and pine needles out of mine.
