Is the rear end not a 10 bolt? Looks like 3.42 gears and g80. Im so intrigued by this thingSome might say a Unicorn! 91RS is right, plus it’s a flex fuel.
The cool thing about this is the HP and the big rear end. Plus, none of that sticky lifter stuff. It’s a fast and agile and super reliable truck.
I’ll have to dig into the specs... But I believe regular Tahoes have the 8.5” rear end and this has a 9.5”? The vin decode says this but it doesn’t answer your question. Perhaps someone here will know.Is the rear end not a 10 bolt? Looks like 3.42 gears and g80. Im so intrigued by this thing

No, it's a 14-bolt semi-floater with a 9.5" ring gear. These axles were used in GMT900 1500s with the 6.0 (L76) or 6.2 (L92/L9H/L94) that were either RWD or 4x4s. The AWD vehicles used the 8.6 10-bolt axle.Is the rear end not a 10 bolt? Looks like 3.42 gears and g80. Im so intrigued by this thing
