2nd row right side captain chair auto fold not working - fuse is fine

2020 Yukon XL Denali
2nd row right side captain chair won't fold or tumble with the button on the side by the chair, or the button in the back. The 2nd row left captain chair folds and tumbles with no problem. I checked fuse #11 in the back and it is good, otherwise the other 2nd row wouldn't work. I hear no sounds coming out.

The rear power liftgate is not working and the part is on order (1 month now), but don't think it is related.

Any ideas?

Hey how’s it goin? Any answer to this? I have the same problem with the same captains chair on my 2017…
