I just bought Kumho 295/35/24 about a month ago for $159/tire...local shop.

285/45/22 or 305/40/22 on tahoe

Guys I need a little help I have a 2001 Tahoe with no mods and I'm buying Boss 330 wheels I need to know what tire size with no rubbing


Should I go with 285/45/22 or 305/40/22

No 285 is by no means skinny on a 22" wheel.
305/40/22 = Width/Sidewall ratio/Wheel diameter

285/45/22 is what comes stock on the escalade 22s. Looks like they have plenty of sidewall to me?

when i said skinny, I meant in comparison to a 305...And the width is still too skinny for a truck.
