285 75 18 w/level kit?

If you were to actually take that Silverado offroad, I guarantee it would rub like hell with every turn and every uneven surface. No doubt the owner had to hack up the wheelwell to fit them as well. Tahoe has the same size wheelwells. So if you're willing to do that to your Tahoe, sure, you could fit them. But 285/65R18 is a more practical size all around that will fit without rubbing on a level kit.
