I have a 2009 LTZ and plan on doing a 2–4/3.5 -4.5 drop. Which one will fit better without rubbing or at least rub the least. Thanks

I run 22 x 9 with a +31mm offset which are fine. Why are you looking at 10” wide wheels? Imo you might have rubbing issues with any wheel that wide.

Looking for wheels with a lip and that came in that width only. Almost all the wheels that came up for the Tahoe have the flush face unless it’s forged.

Probably because they have to clear the face of the calipers. Your problem is having the spokes clear the calipers and then any significant lip is going to push them into the fenders which is ok with a lift but not a drop.
