I've hooked up 2 different trailers to my '21 Yukon Denali and with both trailers the day time running lights on the trailer stay on even when the vehicle is turned off. Everything on the vehicle turns off as normal. Both trailers are basically brand new so I highly doubt it to be a wiring issue with the trailers. I'm using the 7 pin connector. In the towing app it shows a problem with the #3 Running Lights. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

Are you saying that the truck's DRLs stay on, or that the trailer running/marker lights are always on?

I’m saying the trailer running/marker lights are always on, even when the vehicle is off.

Look in the engine compartment fuse block for fuse #41 and pull it. If the trailer lights stay on, then something isn't wired correctly. You could confirm the correct wiring on the Denali with a voltmeter or test light on the trailer socket. Many sockets have the circuit-to-blade diagram on the flip cover.
