2020 Premier Tahoe - Entertainment Console AC Power

Hello all, my new post. I have been reading on the use of the entertainment center console and an Xbox One S. We have tried to connect and use the Xbox, but it appears that the AC outlet can not support the power consumption for the game console. It turns on but shuts right back down. I have read in the forum, that is not an issue and should work. So is there anything different for this particular year model? So I also do not know if i should maybe use a power inverter with a 300 watt max to power it up, but this defeats the purpose of have the ac outlet in the rear.

I have 2019 Yukon XL and have the same issue. My last car was a ‘16 Honda Pilot with RES. That had a 150 watt 115v outlet and the kids could play the whole car ride.
