2020 Chevy Tahoe HUD retrofit

Hello everyone trying to get together parts to retrofit HUD and the new digital cluster in my RST edition what I have gathered from all these threads so far is very helpful but looking for some part numbers and where to find them and if I’m missing any pieces so first off I’m gonna get cluster from whiteauto
And instead of trimming the defrost trim most likely just gonna buy the piece that fits I believe it’s this on in the pic I posted, just need to find out what else I need and part numbers if possible I know the switch, vent trim and hud and cluster hood will need to be purchased found those except for hud anyone have a part number or know someone? And the. Second anyone know how to do the wiring to interstate the hud from cluster ? And is switch wiring already in place behind vent trim? Any help would be appreciated I know the windshield needs to be switched as well but I’ll just use one of those stickers for now until it cracks

i would be interested to know if this works. Are you also getting the HUD display unit from whiteauto as well? Any harness part numbers as well missing?

@Warss I will keep you posted when I take on the project! I have the hud projector I got for a deal on eBay. And I’m using a harness from harness doctor I could send you it if you would like that should be all you need

Well finally finished this project! But in our 2020 suburban turned out great let me know if anyone has any questions!

Did any reprogramming need to be done by a dealer?
Or was it just ordering all the parts, ordering a harness, and installing?
