I own a 2018 Yukon XL SLT with OEM 18" Wheels marked with a +26 offset. I have found a nice set of 20" GMC OEM wheels marked with a +31 offset (I don't know what vehicle they came off of). In using a Rim & Tire Size calculator it mentions this change will cause a Negative "Scrub Radius" that will affect vehicle handling????

Will any tire experts make me feel better about changing to these 20" wheels?

OR should I even be worrying about this?

the 20s might be a bit wider than your 18s but basically its saying you will have more back spacing so more of the rim will be under the truck. i dont see a listing for 18s but the 17s i find listed for your truck are 7.5-8 in and the 20s and 22s are 9 in wide. regardless should fit fine with the appropriate listed stock 20in tire size. all its saying is there's a chance the wheel and tire might contact something in the wheel well.

Based on my observations of the factory scrub radius on a number of GM trucks I doubt you'll be anywhere near negative scrub. Just a small bit less positive scrub than you have now. You're only moving the wheel center in 5 mm. The positive scrub is typically a whole lot more than that.
