2018 Tahoe with key start 25K miles. Went to start the truck at work around noon to go to lunch, nothing. Gauges move but won't start and cannot hear electronic fuel pump engage. Go to lunch and come back 1 hr later truck starts. Stop at the dealer on the way home, battery checks okay and they cannot find anything wrong. Starts for 2 days and then same thing happened again yesterday after getting gas. Sit for 2 minutes trying to start it a couple of times then it finally starts. Battery sounds sluggish on cold starts lately. In South Jersey with weekend temps into the lower 30's. Any thoughts, battery, chip in key, fuel pump? Taking it in on Thursday for recall, oil change and defroster on passenger side not working.

Any ideas or has someone had the same issue? Thanks!

i'd lean towards battery(could be a bad cell), battery ground wires* or alternator.

* specifically...loose engine ground cable on the back side of the left hand cylinder head

get codes pulled, see if any have tripped recently (could be a sensor too)
