Looking for suggestions to look at. Have a stock LS Tahoe and it seems bouncy when driving down the road. Im used to driving a 3500 pickup so maybe i prefer a firm ride. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I concur with Gator. Here’s a good video regarding worn shocks...

I understand what you are saying. The stock ride is made to be comfortable, not stiff. I doubt you mean that it is legitimately bouncy such as in bad shocks/struts, but it does rebound on bumps to absorb them and make them more comfortable.

If you wanted, swapping a PPV suspension might be the best bet. Springs and shocks. You'd get a firmer ride.

Before spending lots of money on shocks, buy 2 sandbags and put them in the back. That tends to smooth out the ride and might be enough to make you comfortable.
