2017 Tahoe Display not functioning to touch

Have had this issue for a few months off and on and now totally off. Cannot touch screen to change stations or any other function. Guessing need to go to dealership. Any idea on what it should cost. Hate to go to GM but may have no choice. Can just the display be changed?
In the meantime, any idea on changing stations manually.

Had my display in my Escalade replaced under warranty. It would randomly change stations, reset radio presets, and be not reactive to touch.
