2016 Yukon Denali - all USB ports dead, fuse #28 is not blown

Looking for ideas - all my USB ports stopped working yesterday. Passenger side fuse panel has #28 listed as "USB" however that fuse is not blown. Any help appreciated, thank you!

if not the fuse, there is a service bulletin for hub going bad & replacing it
