9851BA31-D504-411E-A9A9-DE8ECCBC7BC0.jpegJust purchased my first PPV that I will drive. Wanted to document the before pics and also discuss any issues that arise along the process.
First- after review of some threads, I checked my windows and doors. All work inside and out, front and rear. My left rear interior door handle is on the verge of popping out and can’t be saved. Have to buy entire panel and that’s $138 at junkyard. Also the rear seat is in good condition and I plan to switch the fronts to leather. It’s cheaper to buy two front leather seats than one rear 60/40 bench cloth.
Also read up on the console issues so, I will be diving into that. Console is 350 at junkyard. Picking all this up today.
Exterior plastic pieces that go around black glass have holes, those pieces are 80 any way you go. Apiece! Also interior pillar on drivers side where the spotlight was I am replacing - $30 new.
I can spend a little on it because I feel like I stole it. $8500. With 174k miles.

First problem of the day- I am unsure if I can swap this type of front seat - split bench I guess is what it’s technically called to a leather bucket. Different codes mine is AZ3 and my husband is at junkyard and not quite sure it my wire harness will work with another style. Don’t want to dive off that deep into mods at this point. This is my wiring connection.
Thoughts? If it’s not too difficult a change this I would do it but

Looking closer, that seems like it would physically connect.
