2016 PPV..Any possible way to convert trunk gate

i have the manual lift trunk gate, realllly wish I had it automatic lift option with remote, any idea how hard it would be to convert? Or not really doable price wise

I suspect it would be very difficult. Aside from the visible parts, I believe that you would have to replace wiring harnesses, etc. as well as reprogram modules, if not replace them. I doubt that it would be something that is plug and play. While a power lift gate is nice, there are disadvantages — namely, more stuff to break.
