I’m actually trying to find the name to the component with the black cap/tube on the front right of the cover. I’m pointing to it in the second picture. I’m assuming it’s a breather of sorts but that’s a guess

If you replaced the heads due to lifter failure then it is advised to replace the vlom with the updated part. You may have gotten blessed with this mistake.
