Long story short, did all my maintenance for 58 years, fell and shoulder is toast. How hard is it going to be for me to get under and replace these 4 lines? No lift, just driveway and jacks. They are not dripping on the floor, but the rubber is coated on the "hot" lines from end to end. 2015 with 5.3L 4x4 Tahoe.

Sorry to hear about your fall :-(

They can run like that for a long time with no issues. But the short answer is it' a PITA - especially if you're injured. When I did mine on my 2012 I just did the drivers side motor mount at the same time, since you pretty much have to remove it anyway. I did it in the garage with the front end on jackstands but worked mostly from the top anyway. Taking the front wheel off and the fender liner out is a must. Gotta separate the steering shaft too, and that wasn't as much fun as I'd hoped either.
