Hey guys
My wife infotainment screen started blinking off and then shut down while she was driving. I checked fuse for radio, HMI harness behind glovebox. Finally removed negative terminal from battery for 10 minutes. Removing negative terminal was the fix. Hoping this is not a routine need. Hope this helps others.
