Greetings: I'm new to this forum and appreciative of all the expertise here! With that said, I need some advice.

I recently purchased a 2013 Tahoe PPV with 175,000 miles and am planning a cross-country trip. I'm taking some items from Florida to Arizona while pulling ±1,500 pounds of cargo in a 16-foot enclosed U-Haul trailer.

With that in mind, my Tahoe appears to have been well-maintained by a sister department to the one I worked at – but as a precaution, I'm having all the fluids and belts changed. My mechanic will also look for any apparent issues, but I'm hoping for some recommendations based on likely failure points on this vehicle given the vehicle type and year, coupled with its use history (LE work), mileage, and my travel plans.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome from Miami Beach!

Nice PPV Tahoe. Glad you found a well maintained one from your sister department in excellent condition!

the container in the back of the Tahoe used it a couple times and needs to be organized, tow mirrors on the top. Would recommended large think plastic container with hinge lid and handles. Will add more photos tomorrow.

Tow mirror got them at a local garage sale
