2011 SSV rear seat issue

I have owned my 2011 Tahoe ssv for around a year and one of the only major problems I've had with it are the rear seats. My Tahoe came from auction with plastic police rear seats. These seats did not use the oem floor bolts in the front, so the bolts were cut. I have since purchased a cloth rear bench seat, and cannot mount them in the front. My question is this: is there a way to replace these bolts or could the seat be welded on?

Just a guess, but I wonder if those are pressed in studs similar to a wheel stud. I wouldn’t personally do any welded repairs because it’s part of the restraint system.

I wouldn’t weld the seat in. If it were mine I might look into welding new bolts in.
