I have a 2011 ppv Tahoe I installed a SSFPOS16 whelen headlight flasher it all works fine except the passenger side headlight won't come on, when not activated the head lights work fine, someone did upgrade the light bulb to a led . will this cause this .

I don't have a late model or PPV, but here is something to look into on your issue...

LED bulbs are polarity sensitive. I know LEDs in instrument clusters and tail lights will not work if the bulbs are backwards or wiring is sending current the wrong direction.

If the bulbs only plug in one way and can't be flipped around, which I would guess is the case, you could try reversing the connections on the wires on that side.
