2011 - Can I fit 24’s with 33x12.5 tires?

I’m curious if I can run 24’s with 33x12.5 tires on 24x9.5 rim with +30mm offset on my 2011 Tahoe Rwd? I’d like to lower the back 2” rather than lift the front 2”.... Is this possible? Would it rub? Would I need spacers? If so, how much would the tires stick out?
