2010 PPV with NorcalSS 2/3 drop - negative camber issue?

what everyone else has said. Needs a professional alignment after a drop/lift kit of any kind is installed

Your shimmy when braking is likely rotors, not tie rod. Normally a had tie rod pulls in one direction under braking in my experience. Get the rotors turned or replaced, and get an alignment.
