I live in the great white north and my go-to friends are my Milwaukee brushless M18 1/2 impact (1100ft/lb?), Port-A-Torch set, and the Mayhew Shake N Break air hammer socket adapter set.
I recently started to use the Shake N Break 1/2 and 3/8 and they are PRICELESS. While it’s hammering the bolt you turn it with a 3/4” wrench. It’s a total bolt saver. Some bolts still need to be heated cherry red but when used with the Shake tool they don’t snap. Pair are $30.

1st bolt ripped off. The shop is a block from my house.

Good to know. Thanks for the ideas!

You probably want to get a couple of them as you will only be cutting with the very tip of that blade due to clearance issues... it's not like you can get full use of the blade in this situation... but you can keep the blades for later use.
