2004 Tahoe Front Bumper Torque specs

Hi, first post. Finishing up bumper upgrade to our Tahoe, but for the life of me, I can not find the torque specs for the front bumper. Found the rear specs but nothing for the front. Does anyone know? I don't have a manual handy and need to get this back on the road. Thanks in advance!

Courtesy Haynes:
Front bumper torque spec is 63 lb-ft.
Rear specs: plate nuts to 66 lb-ft; lower frame rail bolts to 74 lb-ft; side frame rail bolt to 30 lb-ft.
