Has anyone has any luck replacing the PCV Valve on a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L that is made into the valve cover? I have several oil leaks: Valve Covers, Front Timing Chain Seal and Oil pan that I have heard can be made worst by a blocked PCV Valve.

Welcome to the forum.

Any place that seals against oil leakage can leak because of a clogged PCV system.

There are replacement valve covers for the updated design for your problem. Listed at RA.

To change the integrated PCV valve on that requires the valve cover to be replaced. It's really not a 'valve' but a sort of baffle, so doubtful that it's plugged. The whole valve cover can be cleaned in the parts washer.
