Car is ready for final prime and block. Prob do that one day this week after work. Everything came together really well. The lines on the scoop where it ends are the front of the hood we're not exactly symmetrical. I'd never noticed this and honestly wish I never had. I spent far too long getting it right and worrying over it. It's pretty damn perfect now.

I like the sparkles.

A continuation of high jacking your thread...

Got the hood and hatch scuffed and then taped up. Spoiler and tail panel are ready, just need taped. I'm going over tomorrow and getting that stuffed taped up then going to casey's work to mix some tinted primer. We can color match the primer pretty close to the pewter so it covers better. We'll come back and get everything primed. After that, it's just (hopefully) water blocking to 800 grit then paint. I'm not sure when we're going to paint it but we're spending however long it takes on spray outs to get the color as close as possible. Since I don't want to blend, it's going to be tricky. I'm not expecting and EXACT match but I want it as close as possible.

We set everything up to test fit and make sure our work was good. It passed...

Boring pictures of the tape off for primer. It'll get cleaned right before we shoot it

Does any of this make it do burnouts better? If so we need proof, if not we still need proof.

If anything it makes it do less burnouts. Don't want those monster meats @randeez told me about to be slangin rocks and chippin that (hopefully) perfectly matched schweet new paint.
