2003 Yukon SLT Quad Bucket Seats Not Folding

I have a 2003 Yukon SLT with quad bucket seats. My passenger side, second row seat will not fold. I know that it won't fold because of the cable which triggers the ability to fold, using the seat adjustment lever on the side. The cable is damaged and has wires sticking out. My question is how do I fix this issue? Can I buy a OEM cable or pull one from a junkyard to replace it? Anyone have experience with this issue?
