I’ve never lowered a vehicle before only lifted. But I want to do a 2/3 drop on my 2003 Yukon Denali awd. Some kits offer both keys and spindles and some are only spindles. Is it necessary to do keys?

Seen both prefer spindles but keys are usually easier and less expensive.

If only 2", do spindles to drop it with no adverse effects on anything. Keys are unnecessary since you can adjust the factory keys. Do this to fine-tune the drop after the spindles if you decide 2" is a little too much or not enough drop- up to about an inch either way.
