2001 Yukon SLE key fob number

I don’t have the original key fob so don’t have a number. I bought two years ago from eBay. One worked the other one didn’t. The one that didn’t was 968. Amazon has 968 and 803. I bought the 803 but it doesn’t work. The inside was different as well.
This is the one that works. Does anyone know where I can get one like this or have a number? Thanks!

As @Doubeleive stated, make 1 call to a Chevy parts department with your VIN available, and you will have your answer.

you can buy the dorman brand fobs and program them yourself but if you go that route be sure to follow the directions to a "T" because you only get 3 chances and then the dorman programmer stops working, be sure the vehicle battery is fully charged and you have all fobs ready to program all at once.
