A few changes, guy I was selling some subwoofers to hit a deer so I also sold him my grille and headlights cause it was quick and easy. My other 1500 grille is primer right now and I’m working on getting a couple quarts of my paint so I can do a bunch of painting once weather is better. Also gathering pieces to build some custom headlights at the same time.

This left me with the HD grille and stock headlights. So I threw them on the other day. Just need a bow tie, anyone got the right part number for it?

Ask @05Single about that bow tie.

HD grille looks much beefer. That looks like an oem one to much better then the aftermarket one I have where the bowtie isn't set in like that. Sorry no part number I ran a billet one.

Thanks bud, I don’t think it’s OEM. Ordered it on amazon back in 2015. Here’s a link for anyone interested.

OE Replacement Chevrolet Silverado Pickup Grille Assembly (Partslink Number GM1200523) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004GDZF0M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_79HoCb3ZEC15S

thanks man

Ask @05Single about that bow tie.

@05Single would you by chance happen to have the correct part number for the 3500 grille bow tie?

Thar she blows!

Thank you big time for tagging him :elephant:

Came to save the day lol. But I'm not sure if its oem. I think it is tho. I have another somewhere but its buried

No need to dig bud, what you posted is perfect. And I’d lean towards it being oem, the part number system is a pretty close match to what’s on my 1500 oem bow tie and grille. Only difference is the mention of the GMT group number.

Got an alignment from a really legit shop, first people to actually get it aligned properly. Let’s see how long it holds hahaha

Bow tie came in the mail, it doesn’t fit down in the grille like I imagine it’s suppose to haha but oh well. I plan on ordering the authentic GM grille that comes with the badge and paint matching that one this was just a cheap amazon grille to see if it liked it.
