2000-2002 Yukon/Tahoe UltraGauge MX

Hello. I was wondering if anyone is using the UltraGauge MX in a 2000-2002 Yukon/Tahoe. I've been trying to figure out how to get the transmission temperature to work in it. I've downloaded the GM specific gauges and it has transmission temperature as part of the package, but when I put it on the gauge screen it shows "ERR" as if it's not reading it. I was wondering if anyone has been able to get it to work with the 00-02 and how you did it. Thanks.

As a follow-up, I sent mine in to UltraGauge and had it upgraded to version 1.4, GM non-CAN. I got it back yesterday and the trans temp now works. I had originally bought it for a 2004 Excursion years ago, so it probably had that software still on it, even though I reset it before install.
