2 Wires Touched Now My Interior Lights Dont Work

There are 2 wires one red and the other black they were separated when I bought the car but yesterday I installed a new BCM and the wires touched and the interior lights blinked and now they wont come on

I've tried changing the fuses and the Dome override switch but nothing works

Where were these wires? Also, do you realize there are 3 places where fuses are located? Underhood; left side of dash (have to open driver door and pull the cover off) and behind the knee bolster under the steering wheel. It could be a relay also.

The wires were directly infront of the bcm ziptied to a brace

I checked all fuses every box
