I have tested and have fuel, spark and air but will not fire up. What am I missing? Have installed a 3" body lift and ran fine, installed a 3" suspension lift and suddenly no start. I have replaced fuel filter and crank sensor but still no start, A lot closer to fire since I installed crank sensor..... wants to catch but wont fire and run....

Do you have a gauge to verify 50+ psi fuel at the test port?
Was the distributor removed? Can’t see why but gotta ask...
You say you have spark, is that at the plug?
I went through this same thing recently and can dig up the multimeter testing for the components if needed.

ran fine after body lift for how long? Any lights on dash? How’s the battery voltage? Are the ground cables clean?

Check wiring at at any point to see if damaged/unplugged/pinched after any of the lift work. Yes, what is the fuel pressure?
