you can easily some bells/whistles like side blind zone alert, backup sensors, backup camera, tpms, and probably turn signal mirrors if there is a aftermarket out there just a matter of wiring it in. upgrading the power train is a whole different beast but can be done, I see shops doing it to classic cars all the time around here.
