1996 GMC Yukon. 3 inch lift. Top of tires push out when hitting bumps

I have a 1996 GMC Yukon with a 3 inch lift I was going down the road and noticed that every time I hit a bump the top of my tires would push outwards I have changed upper control arm lower ball joints and everything is tight what is the issue thanks in advance

Is it a lift with new spindles and drop cross members, or is it cranked up with a key and using all the original front end parts?

If it’s door number 2, situation normal.
