Sooo, yeah. I haven't been ducking (if anyone doesn't believe it, I completely understand!). My Tahoe was just returned yesterday. I wish I was making that up. Hehe, it (obviously) needed extra TLC and I had the brake booster, rack and pinion, drive belts, battery cables and the like inspected and / or replaced. She SEEMS good for the moment. I believe that for whatever reason, the booster died at that very moment I got her back from the first mechanic... Since I couldn't believe the timing, I guess I blinded myself to the simplicity of that finding. Things break, timing sucks, and all is temporary (thank goodness!)! Of course, I give it a week until the next episode, but we'll cross that bridge... ;-)
