If you don’t have a torch, pb blaster or similar to soak it might help. Malfunction O2 sensor certainly can cause some rough running, as with other issues as stated already, though the only simple thing remaining is throttle body clean unless I missed that. What your fuel trims look like at idle, then under load?

I tried pb also. Pretty sure its heat sealed. I cleaned throttle body when i did plugs. I didnt take it off but cleaned it pretty good. Just took anothwr wipe at it couple weeks ago and it was still pretty clean.
