I ended up buying a set of tow mirrors I liked from Amazon, they were advertised to work for an 02 and up via plug and play. Upon receiving the mirrors, I come to find they have 03 wiring connectors that are completely incompatible with the 02 Tahoe 8 point connector. I attempted to return them and was told I would not be issued a refund for some lazily contrived reason (Really just terrible customer service), so I kept them in an attempt to rewire them using the connectors from my old mirrors. I've searched high and low to find a wiring diagram that makes sense. While I've identified each wire on the new mirror, the color coding for the vehicle is slightly different than any other Tahoe, making this quite confusing.
They are motorized mirrors with a turn signal and heating element. No automatic folding or telescoping. I know I'll have to wire the signal separately, which is easy enough. I can't seem to get the left/right and up/down functions to operate properly, does anyone have some insight for wiring these mirrors? I can provide pictures if it helps.
