03 tahoe 5.3 L59 build wannabe

Hi guys, I'm new here
As the title says, I have an 03 tahoe completely stock and I want to turn it up a little. I have pretty good knowledge about cars but got no clue about performance stuff. I definitively want to put a mild cam and probably a turbo on it.
I want to have peak power in the 3000-5000 rpm range because it is my daily and I don't want to be screaming around town at 7000 rpm to get power.

I will be upgrading the fuel system if I need to with the turbocharger.

Question is what specs of camshaft and turbocharger do I need to keep power in the low-mid range ?

Personally, if you are looking for the best drivability and low to midrange i would just do a turbo with the stock cam. If you want more power just turn up the boost. Dont go overkill on the turbo either.
Look up Richard Holdener on YouTube. He has many many videos on modifying the 5.3.
