2013 Tahoe - Spark plug needed replacement after 8k miles

I have not. I saw the p0301 code and went for plug #1, which seems to have resolved the issue. Why do you suspect the other spark plugs? Should I inspect them even though the first appears to have been the culprit?

2013 Tahoe - Spark plug needed replacement after 8k miles

I bought then both times at a regular price ($12) at local auto stores. Yesterday at an OReilly, the time before cant remember, but most likely Autozone or OReilly. Yesterday at least I made sure it said AC Delco on it, so no sure why they should be of such poor quality. About the wires, FWIW I...

2013 Tahoe - Spark plug needed replacement after 8k miles

Basically what the title says. Got a P0301 code 8000 miles ago and replaced the first spark plug. Solved the issue and everything was great until yesterday when the engine light started flashing and the car drove super rough. Checked the codes, got a P0300 and P0301. Took the first spark plug...

Passenger side mirror wont fold in

I have had the issue now that the passenger side mirror doesn't fold in anymore. Last week it started to stutter to the point that it moves only a mm or so and then back again now. I can hear the motor but the mirror won't fold in. I can move the mirror electronically in all directions, it's...

2013 Tahoe - Passenger side power mirror not working properly

Finally got around to replace the actuator. Wasn't too hard either. The problem I have now is that when I go to reverse (I have park tilt mirror enabled), the side I fixed tilts upward as opposed to downwards and stays there after going back to park or drive. Any idea what might be going on? Do...

    2013 Tahoe - Stabilitrak issue

What does that mean for me? Do I have to take the car in for alignment?

    2013 Tahoe - Stabilitrak issue

Ok so got the BlueDriver today and it is showing me 3 codes: C0253, C0710 and C0455. Looks like the Steering Wheel Position Sensor is the culprit. Do I have to replace it or is there a way to salvage it? From what I saw on YouTube, it's not too hard to replace. Thank you guys for the suggestion...

    2013 Tahoe - Stabilitrak issue

This is pretty cool. I think I will go with this one and report back here what the problem was!

    2013 Tahoe - Stabilitrak issue

Ok so I do have an OBD2 scanner, it just didn't occur to me to use it if there is not check engine light. No codes stored. This time I was able to trigger the lights by turning the steering wheel. Took a 1.5 turn and both signs went off. Guess it's the steering wheel sensor, no? Still no code...

    2013 Tahoe - Stabilitrak issue

First off, I saw that there are numerous threads posted about the Stabilitrak/Traction control mysteriously turning off and the display showing the "Service Stabilitrak" and "Service Traction Control" signs. I know there are a million different reasons why this might happen. I was hoping someone...

2013 Tahoe - Passenger side power mirror not working properly

I've been having the issue that the passenger side power mirror is not working properly. I love the feature that the side mirrors turn down when I put in the reverse gear, and while the driver side works flawlessly, the passenger side sometimes does not move smoothly. This issue is only present...

P0174 code - safe to go on road trip?

Late update: I cleaned the air flow sensor with the Crc Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner back in October and ever since I have not had the engine light come back on.

2013 Tahoe passenger side door handle cracked

Ok so late response, so sorry for that! I did it like they did in the video and it turned out really well. I also inserted a short rod into the space prior to putting in the caulk to give it extra strength. After a few days it became very hard, exactly what I wanted.

P0174 code - safe to go on road trip?

Thanks B-train for your thoughts. So, my check engine light turned off by itself today and even though I accelerated quick and hard multiple times since then, it has not come on again yet. I am hopeful that cleaning the MAF solved the issue. As to the whistling noise, no clue if it's even a...

P0174 code - safe to go on road trip?

Ok so a couple of updates: - The check engine light has continued to come on and off over the past week, especially when I accelerated ******* the highway and bringing the RPM to over 2.5K - Yesterday, my AC stopped cooling. Interestingly, I had an AC job, including recharging, adding a dye...

P0174 code - safe to go on road trip?

Thank you for the list! So, interestingly the engine light turned off by itself today, but then I was on the highway and it turned on again. Not sure if it's the same code but I would guess so. It seems that the engine light turns on when I accelerate hard (like on the highway when I'm on an...

P0174 code - safe to go on road trip?

I have a 2013 Tahoe LTZ with 80k miles. The engine light came on today and I pulled a P0174 code. It seems like the issue could be minor but also a serious problem. I am going on a 4h road trip in a couple days and was wondering what I can do in the meantime to diagnose or fix the problem, and...

2013 Tahoe Air Dam Deflector Uneven

Great thanks for the tip! Just fixed it by removing the screw on the very outside, popping it back in and securing the screw again.

2013 Tahoe passenger side door handle cracked

So I've got the problem that the interior door handle on the passenger side has a crack and the "stuffing" is not held in place. It accordingly looks weird. I've taken a picture from the top, but couldn't from the bottom because there isn't enough room there for my phone and the picture comes...

2013 Tahoe Air Dam Deflector Uneven

I noticed today that the air dam deflector on my Tahoe is uneven. It looks and feels like the R side of the deflector has been knocked out of place. Is that a fair assessment? Does the deflector have to go over the brown colored area that is sticking out on the right (shown in red circle)? It is...

2013 Tahoe LTZ AC weaker on passenger side

Also, per some YouTube comments, once the actuator is replaced, some people have issues like not going to defrost mode anymore. Is that something I should anticipate and how would I fix it? I was hoping those would be a simple replacing job without any further "relearning" or "reconfiguration"...

2013 Tahoe LTZ AC weaker on passenger side

Thank you guys, much appreciated! From what I've seen, it should be fairly easy to replace the actuator, so will give it a shot!

2013 Tahoe LTZ AC weaker on passenger side

Got myself a 2013 Tahoe LTZ the other day. What an amazing car! About my problem: the vents on the passenger side are considerably weaker than their counterparts on the driver side. It seems that everything AC related is weaker on the passenger side, including the windshield defogger vents...
