Going to buy new hood hinge springs to see if that'll put more down pressure on it. I read springs may loose tension when you replace hood. I'll let you know what happens.- Factorywhip

Had to buy a new hood, and it's from a 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 suppers to fit my 2002 GMC Yukon denali. Have been adjusting got the front down, but still can't get the back of the hood to come down. Just like 1 inch, please help- Factorywhip
