    On the suggestion of my salesman (due to current trade in market) I put in an order for another Tahoe the day after I picked mine up (same exact build). He said it was definitely going to be a 23 at this point. For what it's worth I don't know if that applies to orders that were placed months ago.

    I wouldn't expect any kickbacks or discounts on these anytime soon...just picked mine up on Monday and they encouraged me to place another order as they would give me $6-7K more on the trade than what I paid for it when the next order comes in 4 months

    My view on this is the dealerships would not be giving people $5k plus over what they paid for their trade 6 months later if they didn't know for sure they could sell them used for even more than that. Money talks and these car dealers certainly aren't going to make deals that will lose them money.

    My thoughts exactly, there will always be some new feature or refresh or redesign. Prices and interest rates will also be higher in 23 and 24. Just my opinion and I know everyone's situation is different but life is too short to keep waiting for the next best thing.
