holy of holiest grail (split bench front seat)

I'm sure this has been discussed, but here we go again. The legendary split bench front seat. When I sat down with the dealership back in 98' and ordered from the factory 2 door, I said yes to every option, and got it loaded. Was told no rear ac, duh. No heated seats or mirrors, found out...

I noticed the temps also, but if you look closely in that shot it appears that the car is off, and in the other pics it is running. Who knows? But the mileage in all the pics are the same, 52

front wheel hub bearing question (when to replace)

I have no issues buying parts for replacement, and they are not that expensive, nor are they hard to replace. I was merely looking for any advice on "when" should they be replaced. Maybe at a certain mileage, etc. Couldn't find anything in the manual, so I came here.

front wheel hub bearing question (when to replace)

Did a search, unable to find this question/answer etc. Anyways, its a 99' old body style, 2 door, cream puff, crazy low miles, no water submersion for the front wheel hubs. When do you replace the front wheel hubs, they aren't serviceable to my knowledge and we have owned the car since new...

    front hub assembly replacement (when)

It gets an oil change every 3 months (free synthetic oil hook up) regardless of mileage, and the tires get rotated often. I do the tire shimmy shake test every time its on the lift, thus far seems smooth. It is a spoiled brat and spent its life in sunny socal. Might just change them soon...

    front hub assembly replacement (when)

Did several searches couldn't find anything for these more seasoned vehicles. In addition wasn't sure what section to place this in? Anyways, 2 door Tahoe, 4x4, original 85000 miles, I assume they can't be serviced, merely replace the entire unit, correct? When, only if they become...

New to the board, intro, pic of 2 dr

I'm new to this forum but not to the 2 Door Tahoe cult. Always loved the 90's body style and really liked the "lowered look" w/o being lowered, i.e., clean 2 wheel drive lines, but in a 4x4 version. So in mid 98' when we found out Chevy was officially discontinuing the sacred 2 doors we...
