    Losing coolant

My '06 Escalade is losing coolant and I'm not 100% sure where it's going. Noticed the coolant reservoir was almost empty, then noticed a pool of liquid on the garage floor that felt slippery to the touch ... definitely coolant. Didn't initially pay any attention to the wetness on the floor...

Wheel spacers ... what's the minimum number of turns on the lugs?

I have an 06 Escalade AWD and I'm running a set of 2018 Escalade OEM 22's (285/45R22) ... I've also upgraded the front brakes to the 2020 Silverado calipers. My challenge is that the front calipers rub the newer gen wheels, so I ordered some 12mm spacers to fix the rub. The fronts work great...

    Deleting Z55 - 2006 Escalade

Recently picked up an '06 Escalade and the suspension is shot ... dash warning message (service ride control) and verified on the scanner. So I'm going to replace all 4 corners with Bilstein 4600's and new Bilstein springs for the rear. Has anyone successfully DIY'd an electronic bypass? I've...

I want to replace it with a used door from another GMT-800 vehicle ... there appear to be many more Cadillacs than Suburbans being...

Another front brake upgrade thread (w PNs)

I just completed the usual front brake upgrade on my GMT800 Suburban ... here's how it went. Caveat ... this is a new-to-me 2006 Suburban LTZ with 75,000 KMs ... everything was basically stock when I bought it. My truck has the brake booster system and the rear 13" rotors with 2 piston...

Rear Park Assist .... '06 Suburban LTZ

I'm stumped .... it appears as though my '06 Suburban LTZ is wired and configured for rear parking assist (RPA) sensors but is missing the necessary module(s). I've checked the RPO codes and don't see anything obvious that relates to RPA. I've pulled the passenger side rear interior trunk...

    I'm new here ... 06 Suburban LTZ

Hey ... just picked up a 2006 Suburban LTZ from a local Dodge dealer. Was previously used as a company vehicle shuttling the company owner around between real estate development job sites ... only has 75,000 KMs on it. Looks to be 100% stock, except for the wheels. Few dents, scrapes, and...
