    shackle flip

    All you have to do is make a + on the rivet head with a cut off wheel then hit it with a air chisel. Rivets will push right through the frame. Quite easy but really noisey. Ear protection recomended.

    Mileage, I've never checked if it was better. Power, yes in performance cars. In the tahoe its about the same but the plugs are alot cheaper than the platnums. I did get better mileage and power doing the injector upgrade.

    I've been using NGK Vpower plugs without a problem. I have been using them in everything for years. I believe it is TR55 for the vortech.

    Yeah the flywheel is grinding. I'm gonna pull the conector for the injectors and test to make shure that they are pulsing. I'm starting to think they are dumping fuel at once leading to a bad ecm.

    I tried both those ways since the battery charged up. Foot to the floor it just cranks. lift my foot and it sounds like the flywheel wants to rip out.

    I used one of the plugs i pulled to check for spark. I don't have my pressure tester with me but i smell fuel and when i hit the schrader valve it sprayed fuel everywhere. I even tried starting fluid with no results. Just waiting for the battery to charge now.

    I have the Zone kit and it works great. Since you have a 4dr they will just bolt right on. I had to modify mine to fit a 2dr and have had no problems.

    My exhaust is in the stock location for now. The truck came with a brand new stock cat back on it. I'm not shure what to do yet but i did paint it black too. I did modify the bumper brackets to fit but its only a small little tab that has to be cut off and Zone said it would be fine to do that...

    Just try this. Pull your front shocks off and drive down the street and back. It will be alittle bouncey but if it rides more to your liking just go out and get a set of medium to light duty shocks for like 20 bucks apiece. Your kit has those front shock spacers so a stock lenth shock will work...
