    Make sure you seat the bottom in the coil groove and top is centered. Slow and easy. Nothing should get weird

    Junked my spring compressors all bent. Put a jack under arm n unbolt it. Perfect like you'll be pissed you wasted time otherwise

    Little late but being I just debagged my 96 2x4 I was able to gain dual shocks in front as I had outboard added KYBs from the bag upgrade and back to coils inserted McGaughys inside coils. Very effective front damping. Since removing rear helper bags I'm looking to work up duals in the rear.

    Glad to be here amongst greatness. Been lowering everything since the 80s and glad to finally have a Tahoe- scored a 96 I am 2nd owner, 94k miles so I been blessed with a solid start. Had a very old bag setup, removed and redoing someone else's custom into my own. Fore 2" Belltech spindles...
