    Backspacing fitment

Have an 08 Denali XL. Will have a 5” RC lift. Would a 0 offset wheel with 5” of backspacing fit without hitting anything? Wanting to buy them today and get started on this project. Thanks.

    Wheel Offset?

Appreciate the responses. I keep going back and forth between 20x9 with +20 or 20x10 with -18. Really don’t like a ton of poke but I will have fender flares if I can ever hunt some down. Think a 35” tire will rub with +20 with a 6” lift?

    Lift Plans 2008 XL Denali

Haven’t heard back from Fabtech yet...might go with -18 offset fuel vapors. With a 35x12.5 and 4.79 BS, how much poke do you think there would be?

    Lift Plans 2008 XL Denali

would you recommend deleting the AutoRide and going with their 5”? Can’t decide if I should do that or the fabtech 6” that’s made for AutoRide. Everything still says it won’t work with AWD.

    Wheel Offset?

Thanks I’ll give that a try. It’s just the amount of poke I’d like on mine I think.

What wheel offset do you think this is? Like the look. Was in a different forum. Just said 20” XDs with 35” pro comps.

    Lift Plans 2008 XL Denali

Thanks. Think I remember seeing someone one used 10x24 all thread. My only concern with keeping the stock suspension is that it rides a little rough now and my compressor kicks on enough that I think I may have a leak. Replacement OEM isn’t cheap.

    Lift Plans 2008 XL Denali

What the best way to post links on here? Almost every kit says won’t work with AWD. I’ve told myself to stop worrying about that based on some other threads. The price of the RC was the only thing that interested me. I don’t really have a budget but with lift, wheels, and tires, throwing $6k...

    Lift Plans 2008 XL Denali

Thanks guys. I was thinking about the 285/65r20 since I run them on my 19 f250 that’s a daily. Thought it might be handy to have 2 vehicles running the same tire. I drive on dirt 75% of the time and have had great luck with the BFGs as well as Trail grapplers with nails. This Yukon will be used...

    Lift Plans 2008 XL Denali

Think I’ve narrowed down what I’m going to do. Let me know if I’m on the right track or if I’m leaving anything out. It is a 2008 Yukon XL AWD with AutoRide. -5” Rough Country 4WD lift -Rough Country dual cardan driveshaft -Rough Country N3 Lifted struts -4 resistors for disabling AutoRide...

A Few ?s...2008 Yukon XL Denali

Thought I would just compile all my exterior questions in one thread... Looking for some recommendations on headlights, taillights, fender flares, and tow mirrors. I would like smoked HL/TL that offer better light than the factory setup. Anyone have pocket rivet style fender flares on their...

    Lifting 2008 Yukon Denali

Rough Country sells a 5” kit and they also have part #5083.1 which is a dual cardan shaft. This will work for AWD but not with AutoRide. Has anyone come across a kit for deleting the factory suspension they recommend? I believe I have a leaking air shock anyway so I believe I should just scrap...

    Lifting 2008 Yukon Denali

Yeah I’ve talked with BDS and Rough Country. None will recommend it for this application but I may have asked about keeping the AutoRide as well. Can’t remember. My brain is scrambled trying to figure this out. If I went 5 or 6 I would think a dual cardan shaft would fix the angle problem but...

    Lifting 2008 Yukon Denali

Really trying to find some options for lifting my Yukon. It has AutoRide and it is AWD. Want to go 5-6 inches. I’ve read almost everywhere trying to figure this out. Can I use any 4wd kit then get rod extenders for the stock shocks? I would think I’d need either a dual cardan shaft or a kit that...

    2008 Yukon XL Denali Lift

Thanks. I’ll see what I can find. I’m not concerned about lights on my dash and things. Just want a really smooth ride with a good lift. It will be used as a hunting/farm vehicle and it rides great now.
